What happens after you have your survey?
Once you have downloaded your report, we are on hand to answer any questions you may have about any of our findings and advice. We are here to give you peace of mind at every stage and give you the information you need to make an informed decision. Once you have all the information you need there are 3 options:
Buy with Confidence
If you are happy with the findings in your Homebuyer Report or Building Survey then you can continue with your property purchase in full confidence that you are making the right decision
Renegotiate with Justification
If the findings show there are some expensive repairs and maintenance to take care off or our valuation is lower than the current agreed price, you can go back to the vendor and renegotiate on price. This is not a guarantee that they will drop the price but it gives you justifications for the drop in price
Walk Away Content
Everyone has a different limit about what level of work they are willing to take on. Some people don't mind doing some repairs, others want to move straight in. If the findings are beyond what you are happy with, you can walk away knowing that you've avoided a headache after moving in
