- Preparing fixed-fee quotations for RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, Property Valuations, and Specific Defect Inspections.
- Coordinating property access with estate agents, vendors, or occupiers and conducting the physical inspection.
- Delivering your completed RICS survey or valuation report and providing post-survey consultation with your surveyor.
- Complying with legal, regulatory, audit, and RICS professional indemnity insurance record-keeping requirements.

We only share relevant details with trusted service providers necessary to fulfill your instruction (such as our booking/quoting platform SurveyOS, estate agents arranging key collection, or regulatory auditors where mandated by RICS).
